Long-term missions

All requests for nannies are initiated by constituting a comprehensive file, including a family registration form, a recruitment contract and the payment of the registration fee of Frs. 200.-, which is deductible from the final agency commission.

Priorité Enfants undertakes to exercise due diligence, devote its best endeavours and carry out all necessary steps in order to fulfil each mission with the least possible delay. The selection of candidates is undertaken by reference to the specific experience and capacities required.

A thorough dossier is prepared with respect to each candidate. This includes full details regarding motivation as well as past references and a signed agreement to adhere to our professional code of conduct. Furthermore, candidates are asked to furnish official certificates attesting that they do not have a police record (local or national) and disclosing their credit rating and medical status.

Once appointed, the candidate becomes an employee of the family. Accordingly, the family draws up a contract of employment specifying the various terms and conditions that will govern the relationship. They notably undertake to respect the relevant legislation.
